We are proud to announce that a Savills agent has been named one of Australia’s leading real estate agents in a national ranking of the best performing agents.
James Levy of Savills St Ives secured a position in the Real Estate Business (REB) Top 100 Agents 2018 ranking.
The list ranks real estate sales agents across Australia according to a range of 2017 calendar year metrics, including the number of sales, total sales volume and average sales price.
Now in its seventh year, the REB Top 100 Agents ranking is an initiative of Real Estate Business, the real estate authority in Australia, produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media.
“The REB Top 100 Agents 2018 is the industry benchmark for success in real estate sales and an accolade all agents aspire to,” said Tim Neary, editor for REB.
“In this year’s ranking the calibre of entrants was exceptional, with the total sales volume across the Top 100 in excess of $15.5 billion.”
The data collected for the ranking is verified by a senior member of each sales agents network, or their accountant where they are independent operators.
The average years of experience of the Top 100 agents in 2018 is 16, up from 15 years in 2017. The average days on market for their properties is 30 days (28 days). They averaged 95 property sales for the year (93), with an average sales price of $1.6 million ($1.5 million).
